Student Designer + Professional Ad = Needs Feedback, Please!

Hey guys I am a student designer working for a family owned business. If you could take a look at the ad I am currently designing. I would really appreciate any and all feedback. I've contained a smaller picture but the full JPEG can be seen at

Looks ok separately as this, but you need to pay attention if it goes well with the whole site (whether they're using it on their own site or somewhere else). Color, size, position should be considered together.

Excuse-me for my bad English (We are French)
Our first impression (2 persons): pink too strong.
The current site seems lighter.
The unit (images in actual site) is OK if the final customers are children, if not perhaps the images should be re-examined.

But it is only our opinion.
