Yes the nice thing about SEO and web design is anyone from any computer can help you. sometimes the best deals are from freelance web designers

Cheers everyone for replying and for supplying ideas. However, i have another question to ask.
This company http://www.digitalstorms.co.uk/ have approached me and have offered cheap SEO and a cheap website. Has anybody ever heard of this company, or has any feedback to give?

I guess you could search on google local search! i bet you will find all the SEO guys on the web - after all they are SEOs
