my name is pretty smart, huh? i'm very new to web design (i started about 3 days ago) but i have learned basic html and i'm currently trying to push myself to learn css, and i admit, i am having trouble. i come here to get help and also discuss my new friend, html.
also could someone leave a reply explaining to me the structure and rules of a css command? all i know is that there is a start, then a color between '{ }' and then a ';' and i'm very confused! help appreciated. peace
