Blog on the front page

Hey I have my own website www.reeextreme.net

I used to use a wordpress within an IFRAME on the website, however I found out that hurts the quality score on google.

How can I go about getting a blog to show up on the front page, under the site banner and menu?

It's not supposed to be integrated like that but i can recommend two solutions:

1) Move away your current site, install wordpress, adjust wordpress theme and add existing site's content to wordpress.

2) Install your wordpress blog under reeextreme.net/blog, adjust theme and add links to menu for main site ( /... ).

Just move your blog into the main directory.

Blog within an Iframe ? why such a deed..
Yes it would hurt your SEO as its kinda remotely loading the blog within the Iframe. Move your blog to your index or Create a simple HTML page and have the follow link to the blog and get the blog indexed well.

one of the easiest ways is to use a PHP script that reads and displays your RSS feed. That's what I do. This script here does it all http://www.rss2html.com/
