The first two are not very appealing. The color choice and images don't have any flow. You don't really know where to look. They are confusing. They need improvements in positioning.

You have about 5 seconds to describe your website to new visitors before they leave. If they don't know what your site is about they will not be interested in what you offer.

The blogger version is the better one. However you should modify its font and place a logo on the top.

1# need to fill out a little more. have some blank but not minimalist or simple. need a little more challenging

2# good more good. i think can header "Welcome All.." put on the bar.png with css

blogger is a blogger. i don't like blogger

Thanks to all for giving me advice, I will work on that and get back to you. But for now if anyone else has some advice, i would greatly appreciate it.

Dude, I am really not a fan of either's layout/graphic look- consider complete redesign... sorry, just being honest-
