Has anybody been having "trouble" with FF. I've been using FF for a couple of years now but since the upgrade to V3 it seems to be a bit flaky. Things like:

If there is an embedded flash object on a page then CTRL-T doesn't work to open a new tag.

The cache seems a bit sticker than before, so I find myself having to clear the cache a lot, whereas before a page refresh was enough

It hangs, particularly when saving files

I got so frustrated it that I went to portable apps, downloaded V2 standalone and use a mix of the two now depending on what I am doing...

Firefox versus Internet Explorer? Well I bet that most of us would agree that Firefox is way better compared to that of Internet Explorer.

Why is Google Chrome terrible? What do you find makes it terrible?

I think its gonna be the next market leader. I like it, just needs some more work.

Since I've upgraded to Firefox 3 I can't copy and paste from the browser which really sucks but I still prefer it to IE

I voted Firefox due to my long term use (been using it since 1.5) and reliance on the program to deliver all my web desires right to my lovely little laptop. With my crap laptop (256 ram, 2.0ghz pentium 4 processor, XP, not really my main comp, just for around the home web design) I can happily load it faster than I can load IE.

For FF: The problem lies in that 2.0 was faster (IMO) although 3.0 has improved the security even further. So speed for security was a fine compensation for me (which should be enough for most people).

For IE: IE is native to it's operating system, and being that it's integrated into the system you're just naturally going to use it at some point. You don't need to download anything (unless they update on ya) and you know you can trust the source (I trust Mozilla fully, but from a non-techie stand point, I can understand the loyalty to Microsoft).

I'd go on, but I'll leave it here for someone else to pick up on.

(Web Dev Toolbar+Firebug=Ultimate package for web debugging :) )

Fire Fox, Fire Fox, Fire Fox and you can't tell me otherwise. I voted for it on the poll and I see that there are some other intellectuals here, or at least people who know how to choose the only correct answer, Fire Fox!

Firefox in the obvious choice for me for I can install many add-ons in it. Explorer is kinda outdated.

What i like most in Firefox is that it has a great feature built in called "session restore". this feature alone can make Firefox attractive.
