Has anyone used online reputation services and what was your experience handling negative reviews across platforms? I am researching different providers and trying to understand how effective they are for small businesses dealing with feedback issues on Google and social media sites.

Specifically, I am curious about how NetReputation review management works. Does it actually help improve trust and remove misleading comments quickly across review platforms?

Also, I would like to know about pricing customer support responsiveness and whether results are long-lasting or temporary for businesses trying to maintain a strong online reputation Would you recommend it overall

I’ve seen reputation tools work best when they catch issues early, but they don’t fix everything on their own. I also use the Face2Social tool now and then to check whether negative reviewers are using fake or duplicate accounts, which helped me spot a couple of bogus profiles. Pairing that kind of check with steady, honest replies has made things smoother for me.
