Cant connect to website

Well just got hosting etc from www.fasthosts.co.uk the professional package but when i go to my wesbite address www.urxclan.co.uk i get asked for a username and password ive tried putting in all the setials ive gathered through fasthosts but none work why am i getting this,i havent edited anything,like i havent uploadedd anything yet and such so y do i need a username and password,help please.

looks like you have now sorted the problem out, I get a test page when I visited the site.

same here.

your best bet with problems, such as the one you described, would always be to get a hold of your host support via email or telephone.
