Web Designers needed for Portal Developments

Hi,

I'm looking for web designers to work on a number of web portals, each based on generic domain names. The portals are aimed towards Dating/Friendship, Entertainment, Property, Automotive, B2B/Business, B2C/ConsumerShopping, Heath/Fitness and Jobs/Projects.

The developments would be based on a revenue sharing scheme, and I would provide the following at no charge:

1. The generic domain names specific to that particular portal development and sub/third-level domain names if required,
2. 10GB web hosting and 200GB/month data transfer for each development (additional hosting/bandwidth can be allocated as required). Hosting would be based on dual-Xeon servers Windows 2003 servers,
3. A separate SQL Server 2000 account and database will be provided,
4. Full FTP Access and also access via Visual Studio,
5. The designer can use Asp.Net or PHP, or can use a set-up of .Net components that have already been developed by myself,
6. SSL Certification for https access as required

Although I am seeking a web designer for each Portal individually, the option of assigning multiple developments to a single designer may also be provided.
