Filtering Drop-down menus in ASP VBscript

How can I filter the options available options in a drop-down menu based on the "MM_UserAuthorization" session variable that dreamweaver creates?

not sure, as i have never let dreamweaver create any asp code for me, but i am guessing that it displays options to the user within the drop down menu based on there membership status. but then again, i am only guessing myself.
