Is this the right board? I need to extract sound from a .ram file.

I downloaded (off of the BBC website) a song called Yellow Triangle, it's a .ram meaning I can't get it onto my iPod because well it's a video. Anyone know how to extract the sound and have it in a file type that will be compatible with iTunes?

There are several programs out there for extracint layers from a media file. Try something like Soundforge.

Try getting it from Here. You can also find other audio editing programs at the same location.

Oh okay, thanks a lot, I will try that on Monday when I can access the computer that I downloaded the file on.
