User No 3 has never made a post, and they have been registered for some time.
I could delete their account for being inactive and with no posts, that would move you one up on the pecking order

But the userid is the true teller. Delete them, then manually edit my account to use the userid 3. Then run a query that replaces all userid's of 4 with 3 on all threads and posts.

Once you do that, I'll be happy
