Angry ASP Email Form

I'm trying to write a script (or find might be a better choice of words) to email the contents of a form. I've tried about a million, only to realize after I couldn't figure out why they weren't working that my host doesn't provide CDONTS compatiblity. Anybody have any suggestions how to do this?

If you can, try to make it simple. I'm new to ASP.
Thanks.

which mail component does your host support? aspmail? or maybe aspsmartmail? their are serveral out their. i would find it hard to believe that your host doesn't have one install that is made available to you.

Thanks for the replies. Sorry it has taken me so long to get back. In the end I'm going to be scrapping the host in a week or two anyway so it ends up being a null issue.

Thanks again though.
