How do you know if a search engines blocked you?

I submitted my website to google about 2-3weeks ago, I know it can take up to 3 months to be indexed but with google, its usually done in days. I checked my stats and it has not been indexed yet.
its linked to about 4 sites which have ALL been indexed so I cant see why google have not indexed it yet.

Any ideas.

From what I have seen, it is not usually done in days, it can take months sometimes, and it all depends on the quality of the inbound links that you are referring to.

definitely depends on the quality of inbound links... took my last site almost a year to become indexed.

How can you tell if the googlebots have been scanning your website. I can only see IP addresses and there is no way of telling which IP addresses are googlebots and which are genuine users.

help.
