Well... there are 2 ways you can withdraw from this forum, if you truly wish to and one whether you wish to or not.
1. You can contact the administrator and have your membership removed.
2. You can simply stop visiting and posting.
3. You can die (and I'm being perfectly serious since just got home from the hospital) which will withdraw you whether you wish it or not.
Just dont visit the site anymore if you dont want to. That is the easiest way.

I be OK but if I had waited another 24 hours I wouldn't be. HBP left untreated can kill ya.
glad to hear you are ok Stephanie :)

I'm sure HBP is killing me... it's just taking it's time about it.

Well, I knew i had it for a few years but the doctors i'd seen before didn't seem all that concerned with doing anything with it since they kept pushing meds at me that weren't affecting it.
I don't have a lot of restrictions on diet, really. I can eat fried foods, sugar, and whatever as long as it's sodium free. Can you imagine a french fry without salt on it though? I have to watch my liquid intake as well. The liquid is the hardest to deal with... no more unlimited coffee sitting at my elbow and so on.
Take care of yourselves guys, glad to hear you are ok Stephanie!
