Unhappy Using Frontpage - Insert Inline Frame

When I add an inline frame to my page, I can view the new page within the frame in Frontpage, but when I go to view it in my browser, it gives me an error message.

Here is the code in Frontpage:

<iframe name="I3" src="http://www.searchpoint.net/list.asp?_em=1&_org_id=HMLS&agent_office_id=APRO" width="478" height="399">
Your browser does not support inline frames or is currently configured not to display inline frames.
</iframe></p>

So my question is, is it my webhost that is not allowing inline frames, or is it Explorer that is not allowing inline frames? That does not make sense to me.

Can anyone help me?

Thank you!
