We are a company based in Florida that is looking for a Webmaster. This is a work from home position and you can live in any state within the US as long as you are available full-time. The job description is posted here:
Job title: Webmaster Description: In this role, you will create and maintain content on multiple websites powered by various web applications. You will need solid working knowledge of CRE Loaded and/or osCommerce. Experience with templating and advanced HTML is required. You must be able to work with online content management systems, and interconnect them. You will be required to work as a team member; self-motivated but not a renegade. Good planning and communication skills are essential. We operate in a virtual office environment, so you will be expected to use chat programs and interact via the company intranet. Duties include, but are not limited to: · Content layout and page design (Add products and other content to site as needed) · Work with marketing management to accomplish site goals · Communicate with development team to order any necessary custom programming for site · Coordinate with copywriter and graphic designer to acquire and place necessary content on pages · Review and apply information from click-through and other traffic reports to optimize web content and site structure · Maintain SEO status for site · Maintain site map and content organizational structure · Manage product specials and sales including all website campaign elements (banners, articles, newsletters, emails, etc.) · Setup and track all coupons and vouchers issued from the site under direction of marketing and/or business development · Publish weekly newsletter (request and gather content from various sources, layout, send and track) · Create and/or manage the development of Flash “how to” segments for CRE products · Stay in touch with new web industry developments and potential site enhancements Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience - quarterly reviews and pay increases for outstanding performance Medical Plan 50% paid for employee only Employee Stock Ownership Plan Paid Vacations – earn 1 week per six months in year 1 – and 1 ½ weeks for ever six months in years 2-5 – get 4 weeks of vacation a year after year 5!
