I need opinions of new design

I have designed a new homepage (links inactive) which I will be using for my new website esign.

I need ANY opinions, suggestions, possible changes ect for http://www.webshost.co.uk/newdesign/

I want it to look VERY VERY professional but think it is missing something very important.

Im not a very good designer but dont want to pay loads for somebody else to do it.

I think the images within the main body of the site are too large and dont really serve much of a purpose, they should probably be replaced by smaller images and more text. Also some smaller high tech images in the header would look good.
