Which one should I use for a HTML composer?

Netscape Composer
DreamWeaver
Other?

dreamweaver is my favourite.

Dreamweaver is king... but expensive.

Netscape Composer is free, so you can try it... if you don't like it you haven't wasted anything.

There are others... depends how you like to work, and how much you can afford.

Well, I'll go for Netscape composer, but I have trouble publishing my site to the web. How can I do this?

Also, I want it as Standalone

go for extremepad, and learn css and what have you. it'll help in the long run, trust us!
