One best source I have found was wcbs880.com. For $400 per year your ratings will sky rocket because they put your site on their site and play your commercial on a radio 10 times per month. It's crazy. I did it and my google rating went from 0 to 3.

These are great list but I've heard that it is not a good idea to submit your site to all this web directories.

So be careful when submitting your site.

You should also focus on submitting to new directories with little PR if any. This is an excellent strategy because they are vigerously building links and trying to gain PR. You are likely to get a non-reciprocal link for free, and you benefit from when they get a high PageRank!
