Change text for each page load

Not sure if this is posted in the correct forum, if not then sorry - I still need help though.

I am creating a webpage and at the bottom of the page I would like to have a quote that changeseach time the page is loaded. I know this is possible as I have seen it in use on other websites but have absolutly no idea how to go about it.
Any help would be appriciated. :)

I'm using FrontPage as my editor if that makes any difference.

try searching the pages of www.hotscripts.com. i am assuming you mean the little line of text that is at the bottum of many sites stating the page load time. it's most commenly done using php. how however, i do not know.
