On Line Editing?

I have some .avi clips that I want to publish on my website. I know nothing about video but I think the clips could be enhanced to give maximun quality. Does anyone know if there is such a thing as online editing and if so can you give me the address of a good one? thanks

online editing as in how? it is not possible to edit video "online" per my knowledge.

there are services that do that but, like zkiller, I don't believe there is any automated process that you can use online to do that.
