Photoshop not working...

So when I use the blending options, it just wont show up. EG I put a colour overlay of red over an image, and nothing. It doesn't change the image at all.

I sometimes change settings by accident when I'm pressing buttons on the keyboard, I sometimes hit the wrong button by accident, so I might have disabled something somehow.

So anyhow, does anyone know how I can fix this?

thats really wierd. never had it happen before. ill play around for awhile and see if i can recreate it or not. if it pursists you should reload the program.

I have no idea as to what I did. But however, I would imagine that I may have accidently set the settings to greyscale. Woo!

that's simple enough to check. just click on the image menu and check if it is set to gayscale. if it is, just set it back to RGB. :)

if it is a problem with the program itself, i do suggest a reinstall.
