kwikblog

hey im new to this and i was wondering if there is ANYTHING at all similar to kwikblog which is not really complicated. kwikblog is down at the mo so i cant do anything to post my updates and i dont want to use an update box. If anyone has any suggestions which involve more advanced html or javascript i would still be greatful if you share it with me. Please help!
