Fixing text cell size and scrollbars

Hi, Just made my first website for my football team. I designed it in photoshop and then done a little editing in dreamweaver.

if viewed in internet explorer with a text size bigger than medium (click view - text size - large) the boxes of text are forced to grow and that leaves white blocks on screen and takes everything out of line.

Can I lock cells in the tables so they dont expand with the text size? Or is it best to add scroll bars, if so how do I do it?
