General Marketing Tips and Advice
Does anybody have any good design and marketing tips? I am trying to get my website http://www.freeithelpdesk.com off the ground and have been trawling through search engines looking for great ideas.
Can anybody recommend services they have used and found very affective? Thanks. |

Your site looks quite search friendly, just a matter of getting inbound links, exchanging links, providing a valuable service that others will recommend. I read the blog at seobook.com from time to time. It has good information on seo.

I see you're using Google Ads - are you also making use of Google Sitemaps?
I may sound like a stuck record, but I really have had good results with Google Sitemaps, as well as just plain ole RSS sitemaps.

I just spent a good couple of hours fighting with google sitemaps without any luck. Tried to follow the instructions but when I had completed all the steps I found out that it didn't work. Must have got lost somewhere and its stopped the whole thing working

A sneaky tip...
Try posting your link on blogger.com as Google own it and send their spiders their all the time.

Google Adwords, very good to get your site off the ground, just set a low CPC if your worried about the money factor

I had some luck adding my site http://www.mystaticcaravan.com to online business directories for caravans, holiday homes and related topics. It's often free! Hope that helps!
