Ban Man Pro weighting system

Does anybody know Ban Man Pro at all? We're making it work okay (we think :p ) but we can't seem to figure out the weighting system. Ban Man's "support" :rolleyes: database just gives an overview of the concept, not much about the real world impact of the statistics or how to modify a weight.

Any insight anyone has will be very welcome, as I mentioned this software does not have the most complete of all possible documentations!
