Wanted: Web Designer, Highly skilled, Home Based

We require a highly talented, reliable web designer on an ongoing basis to handle the extra work we can no longer manage.
Absolutely must have a high quality portfolio. We require someone fulltime, or a couple of people part time, but applicants must be able to commit on an ongoing basis and be able to produce quality work. Design students ok, but must be reliable.

No outsourcing companies please.
