Let Standardize rates in Web Design (What are your going Rates)

I would like to gather an average going rate for services. We don't want to be overpriced but also, we don't want to drive down prices either. We need to group together. Maybe a union and put a standard to the rates we charge. We should not cut each others throats.

Please specify your rates:

Basic Edits - HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML. By the hour?
Flash work - Logos, Splashes, Gallery's, ect...?
Data Base - Customer login, Blogs, E - Commerce, PHP, ASP, ect..
Graphic Design - Layouts, edits, touch ups, hourly?

Add any language, open source or multimedia task that you like. We should try to all charge around the same these days.
