You need to ensure the logo is distinctive and appealing. the background image currently disturbs the appearance of logo and it could be a lot more visually appealing and relevant.

hi, i think the logo there must be more attractive so that it will be notice first by the viewers. maybe if you spend more time you can improve the overall design.
