First Joomla 1.5 Website

I just recently completed this website using Joomla 1.5 for the first time, and I was wanting some feedback. Do you think it needs links at the bottom? Should I keep the tag cloud? Is it easy to navigate while still appearing impressive?

The logo is very very ordinary. it needs to be a lot more creative!

Don't forget the extension behind your e-mailadres on the top of all pages.
