I need a Graphic Designer

I'm creating an online community for the My Sims games, and I need a graphic designer. You need to be able to produce a good content heavy theme related to My Sims, and all the images for it.

I'll pay $20 dollars for the theme, and $1 per image.

I would like to make a couple of points.

1. It's literally a 2 hour project. Do you know how many people want to get paid $20 an hour?

2. You graphic designers are SO greedy. Working on the internet isn't a get rich quick scam.

3. The job has already been filled for free. I guess I'm keeping my money.

No need to get upset.

To be frank with you. No decent graphic designer would do a theme for $20.

But, of course it varies dramatically depending on the complexity of the work required and the designer designing it.

I'm sorry but $20 is far too low for any experienced developer to take on a project like this.

If by theme you mean whole website design.

I normally do $150/hr and a service charge (ex. $500.00 Website + $150/hr)

Like it or not.. I don't work for pennies.
