There are many ways to generate traffic one of them is by joining discussions like this, submit article to article directory with a link back to your blog, submit your blog to blog directories and social bookmarking sites to gain page rank and generate traffic.

one of the best way i have recently discovered to drive crazy traffic to yur blog is " Technorati" list your blog to technorati and you will find ppl running to you crazy !!
here is how to list your blog to technorati easily and ppl can favorate your blog and stay updated...its a nice way similar to blog carnivals..

I always make sure that I always update my blog and come up with a good contents or articles to keep my readers interest in my works. Then I do Blog commenting, Rss feeds and Social bookmarking to increase my visitors.
