Expandable links without java?

Hello all,
Is it possible to create an expandable link without using javascript?

For instance, I would like to have three links; products, markets, and global, and I would like them to expand down to show content instead of linking users to a separate page.

Yes, you can create expandable menus/links without javascript. Just use CSS. Check out CSSCreator scheme.
