Default Scrollbars not showing up for additional content - Probably easy to answer

I'm doing some hand coding and using Dreamweaver 8 to build a website. I've encountered a problem: in adding additional content to the website that should necessitate the default scrollbar popping up so I can scroll down to see the rest, well, the scrollbar is not showing up like it should.

I'm incorporating some javascript and CSS and quite a few nested divs. I'm thinking the problem is stemming somewhere with something funky with the divs, but I haven't pinpointed it yet.

Anyone have an educated guess?

Here's one of the example pages where the scrollbar should pop up to show the additional content. http://www.dreamscapecreative.net/te...hy/index2.html

Well, I finally figured it out. Not sure I entirely comprehend how yet, but if someone still wants to take a stab at answering, feel free.
