Default Is there any way to clear domain name history?

I am using www.loveduplondon.com for a basic student site in a project at the moment.
Having some trouble with the history of the site though.
Form what i can see in serach engine listing the site was previously used as a dating website- and from the forums it doesnt sound like a good one!

Anyone had this trouble before? And if so- is there no way of clearing this sort of history- aside from emailing the owners of each site and asking for the post to be removed?

Thanks

Looks like you need to get google to re-index the site.
1) Produce a sitemap (www.xml-sitemaps.com) ,
2) Register with google webmaster tools (https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools)
3) Submit your new site map. Google will get around to re-indexing the site and the old index entry should be overwritten.
