Default Building a B&B directory

Hi
I would like to build a directory of B&B's in Dreamweaver and then have a database to index the pages. If the web user wants to look for accommodation in Washington, then he can select Washington and a list of B&B's in Washington will come up. The user will make a selection and be taken to the page designed in Dreamweaver.

I do not know Joomla well but am worried that the pages will not be easily found by the Search Engines if they sit in a database.

Is it possible to have normal html pages but have Joomla as the engine to search for the pages?

Any advise will be appreciated.

You'll be fine, put the whole lot in Joomla, even though the pages are stored in the DB they will still be indexed by google.
