Hi everyone,

I have taken on a client who wants to make a site with a petition for different social matters. I have created a form, and all that, so that the form sends an e-mail to the site owner with the person's information who is signing this petition. But, this is what I am ACTUALLY trying to accomplish:

The form sends an e-mail to the website owner, where he can CONFIRM the name on the petition (so he doesn't get signings from Elvis Presley, or James Bond; fake names, etc). Then, once confirmed, the name should be automatically added to the petition, which can be seen on the site.

Is the any way to do this? I am on a VERY short deadline (Monday!), so please help!
