Our company paid a local guy in Toledo Ohio to design our site, it wasn't expensive but I don't feel that it looks professional enough. It is better than our last site though. Can you please give me insight to what he did wrong or needs changed to assist us with make our site well liked

Well they used a sitebuilder to make the site. So my guess is this person isn't too savvy in html, but knows how to minpulate this site builder software to make a site...hope that makes sense.

So you may not be able to get a more professional looking site from this "designer" (i use that loosely). You may have to hire someone to redo it.

I would like to add to that I am just basing this opinion from the little bit of info I have so who knows maybe they have more skill than they are letting on. Maybe his/her design skills improve with price.

Yes, i looked at the site earlier and it does seem a little "basic".

I am willing to do a free design*, that is more professional.
