Tables with DIVs

Ive been out of the Web game for a couple years but I soon gave it another try and have gotten hung up.

I made an almost complete site and created the layout with DIVs and Classes.
It felt good to finish but as soon as I viewed the site in Firefox, its looks trashed.

Any advise? I know w3schools, but I thought maybe it was something small i could have missed.

Can you post a link to the site, there are lots of reason why a page will not be cross browser compatible.
