Flash News Headline =D
Hey,
I'm creating a personal website, the requires a flash news headline. I'm not sure if that is the exact name for it but here is a example. 1.http://69.162.76.58/gunz/index.php 2. http://www.ijji.com/ I want the part were the website shows the latest news/headline. I'm assuming that's flash, but I'm not really sure. So If someone can please write or find a detailed tutorial for me on how to make one for my personal website it will greatly be appreciated. BTW I'm using Flash CS3 and CS4 |

I'm not sure if you use the word flash to mean "cool" or actually coded in flash, but the first url you posted uses JavaScript to achieve this effect.
The type of control you are looking for is commonly known as a "News Rotator", there are lots available both free and commercial. Check out this link it's not exactly the same but it's along the same lines... http://www.dhtmlgoodies.com/index.ht...t=news-rotator do a search on News Rotator and you should find lots more (if it were me I'd search on "Javascript News Rotator" but that's just my preferrence).
