Depends on what you consider good hosting plans. A lot of people go with numbers (space and bandwidth) rather then taking into account the entire package. I think a lot of people take customer service for granted.

Hi ... HostGator is the best, I've experienced. Support is reliable, knowledgeable, sympathetic, empathetic and, most important, even tempered, to the point of glad to help you.

NetNation has a decent basic plan, but support moved to Bulgaria or Romona and is now a roll of the dice. About half the time, NetNation support now says, something the effect, "I have no idea of your problem. Learn to live with it." Seriously!!! Sometimes, though, you get a support worker who knows and cares.

I would definitely recommend Itsjusthosting.com, I've been with them for a while now and they have been great, plus their plans are very inexpensive.
