I've used them for a while and have had some good experience using their service.

why would you want to switch from google reader, I use it and think it is excellent.

There was a reason at the time I wrote it but I can't remember what it was!! I think I was having problems with feeds not updating properly or something.

I have never had any problems with google reader, then again maybe I did and was not aware of them.

i've used rss bandit for a long time, but i switched to google reader some months ago because of the social capabilities.
