I recently signed up for this awesome hosting service (ASO), and I was amazed. For $25 annual (find a coupon code on the web, 40% off), you get a top-level domain name, and some good hosting. PHP support, Ruby-on-rails, and Python. Simply awesome, a good solid server with Python. The service was great too, it was all set up in less then an hour, and customer support responds almost immediately.

I have heard many negative about that company... I prefer to believe people's experience more than those who are affiliates.
