I'm looking for a way to add a 'PC package builder' to a website like the kind you see on all PC manufacturer websites, see the example from Dell at the link below:

I just need a straight forward, multiple-choice package builder (not as complex as the one fro Dell) that keeps a live total cost of the features selected.

Can anyone recommend any software which would allow me a simple way to create this feature? Or advise on code/script I could use?

I have access to any big-name design software, so whichever makes this process as simple as possible I can get access to.
