Is there any free shopping cart software out there that I can just link to a form page?

If by this you mean the user just clicks a submit and the total appears in a cart and can process payment etc., you can do this with paypal (there are lots of other options also).

If you are talking about a full eCommerce site, look at zencart or oscommerce...
