wordpress personalization for website

I need to host wordpress on MY website instead of Wordpress's
I would really apreciate some help on the subject to help speed me through this step.

When I post something on wordpress, my posts go on a seperate page...
I want them to be incorporated on my "blog" section.
(without the huge WORDPRESS heading)
