Looking for template or help

I am trying to find a website template or script that has this type of navagation where a user can click the + - and the menu will show or hide other options. You can see here on the left. http://www.suite101.de/sport/

I am just interested in the navigation, not the rest of the site

You can just use a javascript onclick event to set the display to none. Fairly simple.
