Default Simple frame question..

How do I make a single center frame refresh for different pages instead of refreshing the whole page?

If you want it to be in the middle of the entire page within the html <body> tag section , you can use <iframe>.

What you are describing is a FRAMESET but you should avoid using them, you will have problems with search engine indexing (among other things) if you do.

Why do you want to do things this way, there may be a better alternative...

It's a simple portfolio site that I'm linking to my ebay store and myspace page. No search engine. If anything i'll include a blog but that's about it
