I think the site looks great, only things is, on the main homepage, I would add some more text so that there is no white empty space and the page looks full at 1024x768
Also I am used to seeing the name of the website on the left and slogan on the right, it is unusual to see it the other way around on this site. Not sure that I like that.

I agree.. I find the site interesting but I think your should lighten it up abit.. get rid of the black.. Using black and white in websites is old now.. you need to use lighter colours and limited amounts of dark.

That’s my opinion anyway..

I'd slow down the speed the representative portraits on the index page. Some of them have filter elements that you can't grasp before they fade into the next picture.

Nice work. One thing though Under the link "galleries" the "alt" tag reads "samples of out work"
